How do I download and access my digital planner after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive an instant download link directly on the confirmation page and in your email inbox. If you created an account, you can also access all of your purchased files anytime inside your Account → Downloads section.
Which apps and devices are compatible with Soar Planner digital planners?
Our planners work beautifully with Goodnotes, Notability, Noteshelf, and other PDF annotation apps. They can be used on iPads, tablets, desktop computers, and phones—any device that supports interactive PDFs.
Our personal app of choice is Goodnotes.
Can I use the planner on more than one device (iPad, phone, laptop)?
Yes! You’re welcome to use your digital planner across all of your personal devices. Just make sure they’re connected to the same app or cloud system (such as iCloud or Google Drive) if you’d like your notes to sync.
Do I need an Apple Pencil or stylus to use the planner?
You don’t need a stylus to use the planner, but it does give you the most natural, handwriting-friendly experience. You can still type, highlight, and organize everything easily using your finger or trackpad.
Are your digital planners hyperlinked?
Yes! All Soar Planner digital planners are fully hyperlinked for smooth navigation. You can tap to jump between months, weeks, sections, or dashboards so planning feels intuitive and seamless.
What should I do if my download link isn’t working or I don’t receive an email?
Start by checking your spam or promotions folder, as emails can sometimes land there. If you still don’t see it, just email us at hello@thesoarplanner.com and we’ll resend your files right away.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges on digital planner purchases?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you ever experience an issue accessing your files, we’re always here to help you get everything working properly.
Can I share this with a friend or family member?
No, the digital planner cannot be shared. Each purchase includes a single-user license, which means the files are for your personal use only. Because digital products can be easily duplicated, sharing, gifting, or redistributing the files is not permitted. If someone you know would love the planner, feel free to share the link so they can purchase their own copy.
